What's Going to Happen in the Next Several Months?
Collegiate Project Services has been hired to work with SJFC stakeholders to help develop a multiyear technology plan for the college. This project will involve a number of stakeholders across the college.
This technology plan will be developed and carried out in two separate phases.
Phase 1: Discovery
The first phase will be carried out this spring (March 16 – April 20). During this phase CPS consultants will help us to initiate the project, plan the project, set up the planning committee, and then begin to collect ideas from a variety of college respondents. This data collection will be taken from a number of key stakeholders across the college, and will include one-on-one interviews, focus group sessions, and online surveys.
Phase 2: Planning and Review
The second phase will be carried out this fall (September 14 – November 14). During this phase CPS consultants will help us to carry out a strategic planning retreat to develop the first draft of the multiyear technology plan, and then help us in gathering feedback for the final draft. Finally, CPS consultants will facilitate how to best implement the multiyear technology plan for the college.
