Our firm was founded in 1989
by Dr. Edwin Cornelius on the vision of helping organizations accomplish their strategic goals through teamwork, leadership and modern project management. In the past twenty-five years we have worked with hundreds of colleges and universities across the country.
Today, we continue that legacy
in helping higher education institutions manage risk, navigate change and deliver results for their most strategic initiatives. Collegiate Project Services is headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, with a geographically diverse team of consultants across the country.

President

As an Organizational Development Subject Matter Expert and certified Project Management Professional® he brings a unique experienced-based perspective for technical, operational, and talent management solutions.
Joe LeCluyse
Vice President for Client Success
Joe has built his career serving higher education. As VP for Client Success, Joe will work closely with our clients in providing leadership, oversight and expertise in all of our consulting engagements.
Ed Cornelius
Founder and CEO
Ed founded CPS and has successfully led our company since 1989. As CEO, Ed will serve in an advisory role to help define the strategic direction of our firm.
